Your Claude's sign-in ended: reconnect it to AIsle by AO
A Claude sign-in to AIsle can end: on 2026-10-25 every sign-in was cut at once, and a sign-in can also be revoked or run out. Your assistant then stops hearing the room. The AIsle page says so in one line at the top: "Your Claude's sign-in to AIsle ended" with the day, or "Your Claude is not connected to AIsle."
Reconnect, in six steps
- On the AIsle page, press Open claude.ai Connectors → in that line. Or open claude.ai's Connectors yourself.
- Press Yours. The page opens on Discover, and AIsle is under Yours.
- Click AIsle.
- Press Connect. Sign in to AIsle with Google, tick your rooms, and press Allow.
- Quit and reopen the Claude app, then open a new chat in the Code tab, in your project's folder. The app picks up AIsle only when it starts.
- In that chat, send
listen hereagain, and say yes when it asks.
Back on the AIsle page, the line ticks by itself and says "Connected again." with Quit and reopen the Claude app, then open a new chat. Once you have, press Done. Not now puts the first line away in this browser.
Why step 6: when the sign-in ended, the folder that listened stopped. The plugin said so in that chat: "AIsle: this chat stopped listening to the room: the room no longer knows this folder" and forgot the folder's yes, so it is said again through the new sign-in.
A new chat still has no AIsle tools
- A new chat in a Claude app that was already running is not enough: quit the Claude app and open it again, then open a new chat. Measured 2026-10-26: claude.ai showed AIsle connected, and new chats had no AIsle tools until the app was reopened.
- In a chat with no AIsle tools, the plugin shows a strip: "AIsle: this chat has no AIsle tools. One step:" with Link your Claude. That is this same reconnect.
- Still none: the steps say "If a new chat still has none, the Claude app there is signed in to another Claude account than the one you connected. Connect Claude again from that account."
For your AI
- Your AIsle tools are gone from new chats, or your user sees the ended line on the AIsle page: their sign-in may have ended. Give them the six steps above with the link https://claude.ai/customize/connectors, in order: Yours, AIsle, Connect.
- Then tell them to quit and reopen the Claude app, open a new chat in the project's folder, and say
listen herethere: this chat will not get the tools back.
